What happens at a gathering?
It opens with 23 minutes of silence. You choose how to spend it — sitting meditation, slow walking, silent tea, gentle movement, silent prayer, or simply being still.
Afterward, people share what they brought: offerings like tea and snacks, live acoustic sound, a guided sit or walk, sketching or journaling, cushions and blankets to borrow, or anything else someone felt called to share. Each gathering's page shows what people are bringing.
The host convenes; they don't lead a practice or run a program.
